Costs & Registration
Tuition: $870 ~ Tuition does not cover accommodations or meals.

Accommodations:
Double occupancy $890 per person
Single room $1780
Covers 7 nights at retreat house. Room fees do not include meal costs.
Bathrooms will be shared during the day
Each bedroom is different and rooms are different sizes
Room assignments are done by a random lottery

Commuters: Limited commuter spaces available.
Cost for attending as a commuter is $870 tuition. Meal plan is extra and optional for commuters.
Meals: We will have beautiful, organic, healthy meals at our retreat!
The cost for all meals at the retreat is $525 per person.
Retreat participants will prepare and clean up their own breakfast. All lunches, dinners, snacks of fruit and nuts and groceries for breakfast are included in meal costs. Meals are beautiful organic and healthy. Dietary restrictions will be accommodated which you should let us know about when filling out the Retreat Participant Form.
Kama'aina rates available for meals too.

Deposit:
$1000 deposit required if attending with accommodations at retreat house.
$500 deposit required if attending as commuter.

Balance Due: Full payment is due by March 10th, 2019.

Refund Policy:
If you are paid in full and need to cancel before Friday April 5th, you will receive a 50% refund if your space can be filled.
After April 5th, no refunds unless (by a miracle) your space can be filled.
These refund policies are because we pay a nonrefundable rental fees for the retreat house.
Trip Insurance:
Unexpected things can happen that might cause someone to withdraw from the retreat. For this reason, we are strongly encouraging everyone to take out trip insurance for their journey to Hawaii.
To reiterate the policy, it will not be possible to refund your payment (unless we can fill your place, which is unlikely). Trip insurance can be purchased and we think that everyone should do that, to be protected in case of any health or family emergency that might occur before the retreat.
